if you want it done correctly, you need tohire get a lawyer to do it. if some who is not a lawyer drafts your estate plan, thenthey are likely committing unauthorized practice of law. the only people entitled to draftyour estate plan for you are either you or an attorney. so getting a paralegal or a friendor someone else to do it, whether they know what they are doing or not, they are actuallypracticing law without a license and may mess up your estate plan. so i would say hire anattorney to help you out unless you absolutely can't. but if you can't, then you need todo it yourself.
