my name is jeremie john martin i've been an attorney-at-law since february 2009. in the last 6 years, i've done a variety of causes but mainly i've started off doing a lot of divorces, a lot of custody, long custody trials so that was my first domain of practice. i also do a lot of civil cases i have a very good knowledge of the civil procedure and also i do a lot of labor law.

i like the negotiation and i get good settlements from my clients in labor law. without saying i'm an aggressive attorney i have a very proactive approach. i always try to solve the cases: from the start of the case, in the middle of the case and before the trial. if the settlement is not possible, what i can guarantee you, i cannot guarantee you a victory
