mahoning county court of common pleas. today's event marks the 84th year the bar association welcomed new attorneys to the bar. new attorneys who just passed the

bar exam are introduced to the court. mahoning county judges also attended the opening. probate judge robert rusu reminded the group of the value and responsibility that

comes with being an attorney. "by taking your responsibility seriously you will be able to show respect for your brothers and

sisters who came before you. and you will also be creating a better community for all of us to live and not relegating our

profession to the punchline of a joke." the tradition of the opening ceremony started when courts in ohio only operated from september thru may. today they run

year-round due to increased case loads.
